I personally have improved my own health and reduced the effects of arthritis in my hands, after massaging for 25 years, with this diet.
The intent of this program is to give you the tools and understanding to create change.
I recommend it as a reset button. Use the information to help you transition into wellness. For a long-term Keto diet, I recommend additional information on carbcycling but as a reset tool, this is an ideal program.
